Cal’s Richards Named as All-Star Substitute

Former San Fernando High standout Chris Richards on Tuesday was selected to play in the East-West Shrine Game on Sunday at Stanford.
Richards, a senior running back from Cal, will replace John Harvey of Texas El Paso.
