Artur Irbe stopped 34 shots as Dynamo Riga of the Soviet Union completed its tour of 7 National Hockey League arenas with a 2-1 exhibition victory over the Minnesota North Stars at Bloomington, Minn.

Dynamo Riga finished the tour 2-4-1. The Central Red Army club, which beat Dynamo Riga for the 1988 Soviet title, concludes its tour Monday night at Buffalo.
