Wattson Starts Major Project

The Wattson Co. has broken ground for its $15-million, 48,152-square-foot Wattson Corporate Center, a three-building project at Birch and Bristol streets in Newport Beach.
It is being constructed on one of the rare parcels of fee-simple land in the John Wayne Airport area, where the surrounding land is predominantly leased.
