Mexico Jails 25 Gangsters

MEXICO CITY — Police cracked down on four gangs that held up at least 11 banks in Mexico City during the past two years and arrested 25 of their members, Police Chief Javier Garcia Paniagua confirmed Saturday. At least 13 others are being sought by the authorities, he added.
