STAMFORD, Conn — Companies are trying to speed up the recruiting process for middle and senior-level executives, according to an executive search firm.
“There’s increasing pressure both internally and on the outside search consultant to complete searches within three months,” says Michael Blount, senior vice president of Halbrecht Associates.
