From the Where Do You Pawn This? file: A Stradivarius violin, reportedly insured for $2.5 million, was stolen during the burglary of a Houston home Monday, and police said that the thief might not have known the violin’s value. The violin, one of about 600 Stradivarius instruments still known to exist, had been in the owner’s family for some time. No arrests have been made in the case and investigators said that they have few leads.
