The body of a 27-year-old ocean diver missing since Thanksgiving was found on a beach in Isla Vista, officials said. The victim was identified as Gary White, said Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputy Hugo Arnoldi. The body was seen floating near the shore between Hope Ranch Beach and Arroyo Burro County Park by a jogger who pulled the corpse to the beach and called authorities, Arnoldi said.
