CSUN to Play Host to Volleyball Playoff

Cal State Northridge, the defending Division II champion in women’s volleyball, will play host to Chapman in a 1-match regional playoff on Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m., the NCAA announced Tuesday.
A victory would assure the Lady Matadors of a berth in the 8-team national-championship tournament Dec. 9-11 at a site to be determined.
Northridge (29-10) defeated Chapman twice during the California Collegiate Athletic Assn. regular season.
The Panthers have a 24-19 record overall but were 4-8 in the CCAA.
