Sam S. Srinivasan, 44, has been appointed vice president-finance and chief financial officer at Cirrus Logic Inc., Milpitas.
Srinivasan will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative activities of the company, including treasury, financial planning and control, accounting and management information systems.
