Comarco Inc. has been awarded a 2-year contract valued at $5 million to supply engineering services to the Navy. The Anaheim-based defense contractor said the contract could be worth an additional $12 million if the Naval Avionic Center in Indianapolis exercises options to extend the pact for 3 more years. Comarco said it will hire up to 100 people, mostly in Indiana, to work on the contract. Under the contract, Comarco will provide engineering and consulting services for Navy weapons systems.
