Health Net, a health maintenance organization in Woodland Hills, has named Gerald M. Cooper vice president of finance.
Cooper previously had been senior vice president and chief financial officer of an HMO in Las Vegas, Sierra Health Services, since 1986. Before that, Cooper was chief financial officer and vice president of FHP, an HMO in Fountain Valley.
