Campaign Controversy Over the ACLU

If Bush is against the ACLU and finds it too radical, does that also mean that he does not support the Bill of Rights and thinks that it is too radical also?
As a result of Bush’s recent comments, my husband and I are now “card-carrying members” of the ACLU.
