LAPD’s Secretive Investigations Unit: Watching as Suspects Commit Crimes
My neighbors and I thank the SIS officers for their good work in arresting a burglary suspect who happened to be a heroin addict with a $100-a-day habit. My home was burglarized five times since March. My neighbors also had their homes ripped off. We have nothing but praise for this special unit.
