Cushman & Wakefield, a business real estate firm, will market the properties in cooperation with Christie’s, which will then run the auction during the first quarter of 1989. The properties to be offered will be selected from the real estate portfolios of FDIC and FSLIC and will include office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses, land and apartment buildings throughout the United States. Properties will range in value from $1 million to $35 million.
