Two boys broke into a Calabasas school Saturday afternoon and caused between $10,000 and $20,000 worth of damage before being caught by the school’s librarian. An 8-year-old and a 9-year-old broke a window at the A.E. Wright Middle School in the early afternoon to gain entry to the library, said sheriff’s Deputy Detta Roberts. The children, who were not identified because of their ages, could give no reason for their behavior, police said. The children were booked on suspicion of burglary and felony vandalism and released to their parents, police said.
