H. Eric Schockman, who teaches the class, said it will be open to anyone interested when Brown lectures on Oct. 11 and Nov. 3 and 15. The class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:50 to 11:30 a.m. in the John F. Kennedy Library South Building, Room 4053. Brown is slated to discuss such issues as the California Water Project, designing of the California Master Plan for Higher Education and the background of some decision-making in California politics.
