SACRAMENTO — A Nevada man guaranteed himself an annual income exceeding $500,000 for 20 years when he redeemed a California Lotto ticket worth $12.68 million, lottery officials said today.
Riley Oxford of Henderson, Nev., claimed the prize Monday from last Wednesday’s “Lotto 6-49” drawing, said lottery spokesman John Schade. Oxford will receive $507,200 a year for 20 years after taxes for picking the correct six numbers on a ticket he bought in Baker, Schade said. Oxford declined to be identified other than by name and residence.
