Mental tests were ordered for a man who shot 11 people, one fatally, in a Greenwood, S.C., school rampage. James William Wilson, 19, faced two assault charges and other charges were pending in Monday’s rampage at Oakland Elementary School. One child, Shequila Bradley, 8, was killed, and two teachers and eight other children were wounded, including one girl who is in extremely critical condition. The school was closed immediately after the shooting and officials said it will remain closed until Thursday.
