Stouffer Resort to Open Next Year
A September, 1989, opening date has been set for Stouffer Esmeralda Resort, a $100-million hotel complex under construction in Indian Wells.
The nine-building complex, at Indian Wells Lane and California 111, will have 560 rooms and be surrounded by the 36-hole Indian Wells Golf Resort. The developer is Stouffer Hotel & Resorts of Ohio, and the architect is Hornberger Worstell & Associates, San Francisco.
General contractor is McDivitt Street, North Carolina.
