Coca-Cola Enterprises’ second-quarter profit climbed 16.9% to $41.0 million from a year ago, as revenue gained 18.3% to $1.10 billion. The New York bottling operation, formed in 1986 by Atlanta-based Coca-Cola, cited increased volume, improved operating efficiencies and the inclusion of recently acquired bottling companies for the results.
