A federal bankruptcy judge Thursday approved the sale of the Woodland Hills home owned by whiz kid entrepreneur Barry Minkow, whose ZZZZ Best carpet cleaning firm collapsed amid charges of fraud.
Bankruptcy Judge Geraldine Mund approved the sale of the 3,800-square-foot home to a San Francisco couple for $900,000.
The sale represents the first of Minkow’s assets to be sold to repay creditors owed more than $10 million, according to a spokesman for the bankruptcy trustee.
