Amalgamated Plans to Buy Frawley’s Pen Division

Amalgamated Manufacturing Ltd. plans to buy Frawley Corp.’s ball point pen manufacturing division for $3.25 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
So far, Amalgamated has paid $500,000 of the purchase price.
