Insider Books on President Reagan
Will has made no secret of his personal friendship with the President and Mrs. Reagan, so it is odd that he seems to have forgotten Reagan’s boasted “management style” of picking good people and letting them run with it.
Now Will is condemning those other guys as dishonorable, rather than criticizing the guy who picked them. It’s all pretty ambiguous . . . and regrettably below Will’s usual standards.
Not to worry. Reagan will stay loyal to him.
