A sound engineer for a Soviet pop group called Black Coffee, in Madrid for a concert, has asked for political refuge in Spain, Reuters reported. A police spokeswoman said Samouil Savitsky, reported missing from his hotel last week, appeared at a police station. His case would be considered by the Interior Ministry, she added.
