L.A. 2013
I am guessing the next 25 years may be nearly impossible, but we had better keep trying to plan ahead. Only 40 years ago, Los Angeles County was the leading agricultural county in the nation. Now it is the leading manufacturing county. What a dramatic change in such a short time!
By the way, the correct population figure for Los Angeles County in 1963 is 6.6 million, not 3.1 million.
