Campeau Corp. reported a $203-million loss for the 13 months ended Jan. 31, contrasted with $61 million in net income for the prior year. Campeau, the Toronto-based owner of Allied Stores, said it changed its fiscal year-end to Jan. 31 from a calendar year. Revenue rose to $3.53 billion from $997 million a year ago. Most of the revenue jump was attributed to the acquisition of Allied in late 1986.
