Allied-Signal Aerospace has disclosed several appointments at its Torrance headquarters.
Winston Hickman, who most recently served as the chief financial executive of Rockwell International’s electronics group, has been named vice president-finance.
Walter E. Meyer, previously senior vice president of human resources at LTV Corp. in Dallas, has been named vice president-human resources.
Robert A. Choulet, a former Garrett senior executive, will serve as senior vice president-marketing and customer support.
John Mason, who served as Garrett’s vice president of engineering, has taken the role of vice president-engineering and technology.
Les Wills, who most recently held the post of vice president-manufacturing operations at Garrett, will act as senior vice president in a similar post for the new combined company.
Robert A. Stoltz, a former vice president of marketing and business development at Bendix Aerospace’s Aircraft Systems Co., has assumed the role of vice president-planning.
Robert Chapman will act as Allied-Signal Aerospace Co.’s vice president-government relations and be based in Washington after having served in the Garrett sales organization as vice president-government relations.
E. Bruce Butler, most recently on the legal staff of Allied-Signal Inc. in Morristown, N.J., has moved to Allied-Signal Aerospace Co. as vice president-legal.
