About 7 million square feet of new high-rise office space will be added to downtown Los Angeles by the end of 1993, according to a report by Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services. According to the study, construction on 10 high-rise buildings is scheduled to begin downtown during the next six to 18 months, bringing total office space in the area to more than 31 million square feet.
