Fullerton Mayor, Council’s Judgment
Fullerton Mayor Richard Ackerman states that council member Chris Norby showed “poor judgment” by letting a collector and restorer of antique cars continue to use a garage that was occupied by the hobbyist before Norby took possession of the property. Mayor Ackerman, of course, did not use “poor judgment” when he and most of the City Council voted him mayor, ignoring the plebiscite? That gave Molly McClanahan the overwhelming majority.
