Federal authorities in Los Angeles won a temporary court order to seize the mail of a Huntington Beach firm that allegedly sells hydrogen peroxide under the fraudulent claim that the substance cures cancer and arthritis. The move was taken against DRK Buyer’s Plan because officials fear that victims are delaying proper treatment. DRK owner Kurt W. Donsbach, of Chula Vista, could not be reached. Incoming mail contains the money, an attorney explained.
