Six of her players have gone on to be All-Americans: Mandy Hannah at Nevada Las Vegas, Kim Thompson at UC Berkeley, Felicia Benson at Cal State Fullerton, Sheila Brown at San Jose State, and Kathy Gooden and Sonja Bracken at Cal Poly Pomona.

Roanhaus, who led St. Anthony to a 21-5 record, was a three-sport athlete at Hueneme High School. After graduating from Cal State Northridge, he was an assistant coach at Notre Dame High School of Sherman Oaks before going to St. Anthony.

Each honoree received a trophy Sunday at a brunch at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel.
