Orange County All-Star Basketball : Magnolia’s Goff Heads North Picks

Magnolia High School forward Mike Goff, who was the county’s leading scorer and rebounder this season, heads the list of selections for the North team in the 23rd Orange County All-Star basketball game June 25 in UC Irvine’s Bren Center.
Goff averaged 28.2 points and 16.7 rebounds and set six school records for Magnolia. The North team will be coached by John Mayberry of Kennedy.
The team features four players who have signed with Division I basketball programs, including Brett Pagett of Los Alamitos and Brian McCloskey of Sunny Hills, who have signed with UC Irvine.
