Electronic Data Systems Corp., a unit of General Motors Corp., said it signed a 10-year data processing facilities management contract with First City Bancorp of Texas. An EDS spokesman said the contract is one of the largest banking agreements LEDS has ever signed. He said the value of the deal is comparable to a Navy “Spar” contract awarded last August.
