Local News in Brief : South County : Annette Gude Named to State School Panel
Annette B. Gude has been named to the Delegate Assembly of the California School Boards Assn., filling the unexpired term of Jan Overton, who died suddenly last Jan. 24, according to a spokeswoman for the Capistrano Unified School District.
Gude, of Mission Viejo, has been a member of the district’s board of trustees since 1980 and has worked with the Orange County School Boards Assn.
The Delegate Assembly comprises 224 members statewide and is a policy-making body on educational issues for the California School Boards Assn.
