CBS Records Inc., in the biggest personnel change since the company was acquired by Sony Corp. in January, said Al Teller, president of the conglomerate’s records division, has resigned. Teller, who was not available for comment, was quoted in a statement as saying that his “past 7 1/2 years at CBS Records have been gratifying” and that he is “looking forward to exploring new challenges and opportunities which have been made available.”
