Cause of Anaheim Fire Unknown
No cause has been pinpointed for the fire that destroyed three Anaheim businesses and caused $1.2 million in damage, city spokeswoman Sheri Erlewine said Tuesday.
But Erlewine said investigators believe the Monday night fire erupted near painting booths and paint compressors in the 11,700-square-foot building, dominated by a company called Jack-X-Change.
“It may be something electrical,” Erlewine added.
The spectacular fire broke out at 7:24 p.m. Monday in an industrial building at 1552 W. Embassy St., where three businesses were housed. No one was injured.
