Rio Vista High-Rise Under Construction
Imported rose granite and reflective pewter glass is being installed on the first high-rise at Rio Vista Towers, a $100-million mixed-use complex at the southeast corner of Stadium Way and Friars Road in Mission Valley.
The 12-story office tower, two 2-story office buildings, a health club and restaurant will be built in the first phase. The second phase, to be completed in 1990, will have a second 12-story tower.
The 430,000-square-foot project is being jointly developed by Oliver McMillan Inc. and CalMat Properties.
