In the person of dictator Gen. Manuel Noriega, we have an archetypical drug criminal.
Yet the U.S. is supposedly seeking a “deal” with this criminal so he can have his dignity, not lose any of his dirty millions of dollars drained out of Americans and safely leave the scene of his crimes while we promise not to extradite him to bring him to justice.
Who says crime doesn’t pay?
A “good” criminal can even dictate the terms of his retribution!
