Watt, Nicklaus Join in Bear Creek Project
Building industry veteran Ray Watt and golf course architect and pro golfer Jack Nicklaus have joined forces to complete the development of the Bear Creek Golf and Country Club guard-gated community in Murrieta.
Bear Creek’s Nicklaus-designed 18-hole course is one of the finest private golf courses in the United States, said the chairman of Watt Enterprises. His firm and Barclay Associated Inc. have purchased the balance of land designated for residential development within Bear Creek.
Watt Luxury Housing Inc. will be directing the planning of the residential development in conjunction with Watt Development in San Diego.
