Thomas Kamp has resigned as chairman of Centronics Corp., Nashua, Conn. Kamp, whose career has been in the computer industry, joined the board in 1982. In February, 1987, Centronics sold substantially all of the assets of its computer printer business. Centronics acquired Ekco Housewares Inc. and Ekco Canada Inc. on Oct. 23, 1987. Centronics, through its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of kitchen tools and gadgets and bake ware.
