SAN DIEGO ARTS : Classical Music

The Early Music Ensemble of San Diego, the area’s premiere Renaissance vocal ensemble, embarked this week on a two-week tour of the East Coast. In addition to five concerts in the Boston area, the acknowledged capital of early music in this country, the group will be interviewed on Boston’s WGBH-FM. The tour ends with a concert in New York City at St. Paul’s Chapel on March 17. The theme of that concert, not surprisingly, is songs for St. Patrick’s Day.
