Theodore W. Prush has been promoted to senior executive vice president and chief operating officer of Bateman Eichler, Los Angeles. In addition to his responsibilities as chief financial officer and director of the administrative division, Prush will oversee the firm’s public finance efforts.
Thomas R. Gaian has been promoted to senior executive vice president. In addition to his responsibilities as director of the firm’s trading operation, Gaian will be assuming responsibility for the firm’s institutional sales and trading, research and syndicate departments.
Bateman Eichler also has announced the following additions to the firm:
Charles W. Easter has been appointed senior vice president and special assistant to the president.
Wayne White has joined the corporate finance department as first vice president and will coordinate the firm’s corporate finance efforts from San Francisco. White comes to Bateman Eichler from Montgomery Securities, where he was a special limited partner specializing in investment banking activities in the consumer goods industry.
