Donna Tuttle Given Higher Commerce Job

WASHINGTON — President Reagan has named Donna Tuttle, the wife of his White House personnel director, to be deputy secretary of commerce, moving her up from the department’s top job in the tourism division, the White House announced Friday.
Robert Tuttle, son of a leading member of Reagan’s California “Kitchen Cabinet,” handles executive branch appointments.
