Gale Gilbert, Seattle Seahawks reserve quarterback, was charged with second-degree rape and taking indecent liberties with a 21-year-old woman he met Jan. 26 at a Seattle nightspot, authorities said.
Dan Donohoe, a spokesman for the King County prosecutor’s office, said Gilbert was not arrested, but will have his first court appearance Monday.
