Retiree Community Building Honored

A new residence building and adjacent landscaping at The Samarkand of Santa Barbara retirement community, was the recipient of an award from the Santa Barbara Beautiful organization.
The California mission-style structure includes one-and two- bedroom apartments and every unit has an individual patio. It is owned and operated by Covenant Retirement Communities.
