Pedestrian Killed
SAN DIEGO — An unidentified pedestrian died early Sunday after being struck while attempting to cross Interstate 5. The man was struck at 12:20 a.m. by two vehicles in the northbound lanes of the freeway, a half-mile north of the interchange with California 94, authorities said. He was taken to UC San Diego Medical Center, where he died at 4:15 a.m., according to the San Diego County coroner’s office.
