Community College Women’s Roundup : Golden West Runs Past Long Beach, 81-76

Golden West College went on a 10-O streak late in the game and defeated Long Beach, 81-76, Friday in a South Coast Conference women’s basketball game at Long Beach.
The score was tied, 67-67, with five minutes left before Golden West’s Jane Utu made two three-point baskets and Lori Totosz and Kris Takayama also scored to complete the run.
In the Orange Empire Conference:
Orange Coast 48, Saddleback 37--Kim Eller scored 15 points and had 6 steals to lead host OCC.
