Reynolds Metals’ income grew by 14.4% to $219.5 million for the fiscal year. The Richmond, Va., company credited improved results to a strong demand for aluminum worldwide, improved aluminum prices, revenue from gold operations, increased packaging, can and consumer product sales, and the cumulative benefits of ongoing cost-reduction measures.
