Local News in Brief : Water Plant Bid Awarded
The Avalon City Council has awarded a $1,116,440 contract for waste water treatment plant improvements to the low bidder, C. W. Roen Construction Co. The money is provided by a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Avalon Community Improvement Agency.
