Tenant improvement costs, particularly helpful to retail and office lessors and lessees, are listed in a revised and expanded edition of Tenant Improvement Price Guide, available for $5 from Building Trade Services Construction Co. Inc.
Richard J. Heyman, president of the firm, said the previous guide was so popular, he decided that an updated version could further assist anyone involved in leasing and improving space. “Calculating improvement costs in advance can also benefit leasing agents in finalizing a lease contract.”
